This site serves three purposes. First, it’s a home for my academic work — my PhD research on low-sodium salt substitutes and cardiovascular disease prevention at the University of Queensland. Second, it’s the public face of Wayne Insight Spring, where I help families navigate the complex world of international medical education. Third, it’s a space for sharing ideas about research thinking, decision-making, and how AI tools are reshaping how we work.

What to expect
